In the exterior you can find a veranda with a separate kitchen in American style. As well you can enjoy a big, acclimatized pool and a pergola, where you can enjoy and relax.

The rural holiday house "Finca Areca" is situated in Piedra Inchada, only a few kilometers above the beach of Playa San Juan in a very quiet and separated area from where you can enjoy the best climate on the isle.
By car you arrive in only a few minutes at the sea and in half hour at the national park of the volcano mount Teide. Other places of interest nearby are the steep cliffs in Los Gigantes and the touristic beach Playa de Las Americas.
