The house is located in an place of Cultural Interest in the neighborhood of Jimenez, in the village of Igueste de Candelaria, notice for its architectural and landscape beauty. It is about 300 meters above sea level, which is reached in 5 minutes by car, finding small beaches of black sand. Also, just 500 meter away, start several hiking trails that lead to the summit of the district, or connect with other villages.
