El Granito - Finca La Gaviota (Icod de los Vinos, Tenerife)





THE FINCA
There is a main house with three holiday apartments and a small Tasca (bar) in which we offer, on request, for our country house guests, breakfast and typical Canarian cuisine.
In addition, the finca has five bungalows that are located below the main house. One bungalow is detached and two semi-detached.
Two newly built semi-detached bungalows are facing the detached one, on the other side of the garden, partly hidden from view by palm trees and ornamental shrubs.
Swimming pool and Jacuzzi are next to the main house, with wonderful views to the Teide and the Sea. To Pay is only the Jacuzi heating to 35ºC.

The apartment El Granito
for up to 4 persons, is located in the main house of the Finca.
It is composed by:
- Two bedrooms. (1 bedroom has no window!)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Sun-drenched terraces with views directly to the Teide
- Large kitchen with dining area

A washing machine is at disposal for the Finca

Finca La Gaviota is situated in the north of Tenerife in Icod de los Vinos, in the district of Buen Paso, about 90m above sea level. The area of approximately 5,000 sqm of land, is surrounded by banana plantations and vineyards.
